(“APG”), has received follow-on purchase orders from Harrison Truck Centers (“HTC”) for thirty-five (35) of APG’s Turbocharged Natural Gas® Dual Fuel Systems for HTC’s new line of dual fuel heavy-duty and severe-duty glider kits. In collaboration with WheelTime Network’s Interstate Power Systems, HTC will install APG’s Dual Fuel systems and associated natural gas storage tanks at HTC’s glider kit production facility in Elk Run Heights, Iowa. Deliveries are scheduled for September and October. Lynnfield, MA – September 14, 2015 - American Power Group Corporation (OTCQB: APGI) announced today that its Trident NGL Services Division has secured its second flare capture services relationship with one of the largest oil companies in the world whose identity has not been disclosed due to non-disclosure and competitive reasons. APG’s Trident Services Division will be up-fitting two of the customer’s well sites with Trident’s Modular Flare To Fuel™ Capture and Recovery System in the North Dakota Bakken oil and gas region. Lynnfield, MA – August 27, 2015 - American Power Group Corporation (OTCQB: APGI) announced today that its subsidiary, American Power Group, Inc. (“APG”) has secured $3.25 million of term loan financing from an accredited institutional investor of which certain members are affiliated with several members APGI’s Board of Directors. The proceeds will be used to purchase two additional Flare Capture and Recovery Systems that can monetize captured flared gas converted into Natural Gas Liquids (“NGL’s”). In addition, one of the two units will be able to produce compressed natural gas for APG’s Turbocharged Natural Gas® Dual Fuel conversion technology. In addition, APG purchased substantially all of Trident’s operating assets including two existing mobile NGL operating systems currently servicing remote or stranded well-sites for one of the top five E&P companies in the Bakken region.  APG has also secured a verbal commitment for $3.25 million of additional project lease financing from several existing shareholders and investors affiliated with members of our Board of Directors to immediately build two additional NGL operating systems.
